Ground beef meatballs, topped with marinara, aged parmigiana and
imported Italian mozzarella, served open faced  

 Chicken Parmesan

Ground all white meat chicken, coated with parmesan, topped
with imported Italian mozzarella, marinara, and fresh basil 

Salmon

Center-cut fillet, mixed with lemon juice, and cayenne pepper, topped
with organic baby spinach and red bell pepper spread 

Mixed Veggie

Eggplant, zucchini, red onion, cucumber, yellow squash, and pesto aioli spread
